I have here a princess cut diamond that weighs just over 1 ct at a very good. It is inclusion free. The clarity is VS1 as rated by the EGL board of diamonds. We have a certificate for the diamond (See detail photo as an example). My price for this stone in the clarity is about 10 % less than the listed selling price. The color is I.
